Ms. Randle and her daughter Avis Randle, COO, host an Annual Early Detection Fundraising Event to raise awareness of early detection of cancer and to support five people recently diagnosed. Ms. Randle wanted to gift the fighters and their families with t-shirts. She worked with several printing stores, but soon discovered she was being taken advantage of. Therefore, Ms. Randle felt she was led by God to learn how to print her own t-shirts for the people she was supporting. This was the start of "RANDLE'S T-SHIRT COMPANY, LLC". Ms. Randle founded Randle's T-shirt Co (RTC) out of her need to support other, she then realized it was beyond the call of duty, it was actually a call to return to her roots. Ms. Randle comes from a lineage of entrepreneurs. Her parents, the beloved "Rev. Ozell and Mother Jessie Randle" were the mom and pop of the neighborhood, until their passing in 2004 and 2009. Rev. Ozell and Mrs. Randle owned "Randle's Clothing Cleaners, Randle's Beauty and Barber Shop and a family restaurant" in the city of Detroit, Michigan. Ms. Randle parents taught the family of the importance for having God in your life, love, and serving the community. As children, Zell and her siblings all had to work in the cleaners and beauty shop alongside their parents and until this day, she despise wire hangers.... After her parents passing, the business was passed down to the Randle children. Zell Randle explained "not in a million years would she had ever thought about going into business, especially not the clothing industry". God had a different plan as she explained, who would have ever thought cancer would lead her back to the foundation her parent built to continue the generational blessings with her family. What meant to harm her was used to heal her and continue the family business along side her siblings with a twist. Instead of dry cleaning clothing, Ms. Randle's desire is to continue the legacy in the clothing industry by re-establishing the family brand by helping people bring their ideas to life by imprinting t-shirts and more.
